Rmking8 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Platform Terms of Use

Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration and throughout your use of the rmking8 platform.
• Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account active on rmking8. Holding multiple accounts is a violation of our terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of balances.
• You must provide information that is accurate, complete and up to date during registration, including full name, identification card number, phone number and a valid email address.
• Rmking8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (a copy of MyKad, utility bill, or other documents) at any time as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
• You are responsible for ensure that account information kept up to date at all times. Failure to do so may result in delays to your withdrawal processing.
• Rmking8 reserves the right to reject an application the registration of any individual without being required to provide a reason.
• Your rmking8 account is for personal use only — using the account on behalf of another person is prohibited or for commercial purposes.

Rmking8 accepts only the following local Malaysian payment methods. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR).

• The minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction. There is no maximum daily deposit limit unless otherwise stated in your account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per request. The maximum daily withdrawal is RM50,000 except for Diamond VIP members, who enjoy higher limits.
• rmking8 does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own charges.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts under the same member's name as registered. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• rmking8 reserves the right to request proof of bank account or e-wallet ownership before processing your first withdrawal.
• Any deposit made through a method not listed above will not be credited and rmking8 is not liable for any losses arising thereof.

• All confirmed bets are final and non-reversible by a member once a match or game has started, except where the Cash Out feature is used before the final result.
• Rmking8 reserves the right to cancel or suspend a payment any bet where there is suspicion of fraud, market manipulation, odds misplacement (palpable error), or any other unlawful activity.
• Bets placed after the start of an event (in-play) are valid only if the system receives and confirms them before the relevant outcome is determined.
• In the event of a match is postponed or cancelled after it has begun, all unresolved bets will be voided and stakes returned to the account balance.
• Rmking8 reserves the right to set maximum bet limit for any event or market at any time without prior notice.
• Strictly prohibited use any automated software, bots, or other methods to place bets automatically. Such violations will result in immediate account closure.
• For bets on baccarat and casino games, the specific rules for each game displayed on the rmking8 platform form part of these terms.

• All bonuses are subject to rollover (turnover) requirement stated in the respective promotion terms before withdrawal is permitted.
• The rmking8 Welcome Bonus is eligible for new members who have never held an account on this platform. One welcome bonus per individual, per residential address, per IP address, and per device.
• rmking8 reserves the right to withdraw or cancel any bonus if there is reasonable suspicion of promotion abuse or bonus fraud.
• Bonus cannot be transferred to another account or redeemed directly as cash unless the rollover requirement has been met.
• Bets that violate promotion terms — including wagering on both sides using different accounts — will result in bonus cancelled and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Members must claim a bonus within the timeframe specified in each promotion. Bonuses will not be credited retroactively after the period has ended.
• The rmking8 VIP Programme — including VIP Rewards and cashback — has its own separate terms and conditions which may be updated from time to time.

• A Member violates any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Registration information must be false, inaccurate, or misleading.
• Account used by individuals under the age of 18.
• There is money laundering or financing of illegal activities through the account.
• Members found to be holding multiple accounts under a different name or identity.
• Betting activity showing signs of promotional abuse or collusion.
• A Member makes chargeback on legitimate transactions.
• There are legal challenges or court orders associated with the account.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, rmking8 reserves the right to forfeit all balances in the account, including deposited funds and any unclaimed winnings. If the account closure is at the member's own request, valid balances will be returned once all investigations are completed.

• rmking8 is not responsible for any financial losses arising from your betting activity. All betting decisions are solely the member's responsibility.
• rmking8 does not provide any guaranteed winnings or returns from any betting activity on our platform.
• rmking8 is not responsible for any service disruptions, technical delays, or system failures caused by third parties, including internet service providers or banks.
• In the event of technical errors that causes incorrect odds or results to be displayed, rmking8 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the stake.
• rmking8's total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed total deposits made by the member within 30 days prior to the claim being made.

• You bear full responsibility for keep confidential your rmking8 username and password.
• Rmking8 recommends the use of a strong password (minimum 8 characters, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols).
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone — including family or friends — as you are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
• Any suspicious activity on your account — such as logins from unrecognised locations or unauthorised transactions — must be reported to rmking8 immediately.
• Rmking8 offers two-factor authentication (2FA) which is strongly recommended for enhanced account security.

• All content on the rmking8 platform — including designs, logos, text, graphics, images, software code, and domain names — is rmking8's exclusive intellectual property and is protected under Malaysian copyright law.
• Copying, distributing, modifying, or using any part of the rmking8 platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent from management.
• Brand name "rmking8" and all associated logos are registered trademarks that may not be used by any third party without authorisation.

• Rmking8 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Amendments will takes effect immediately once published on the rmking8.ws website. Members are encouraged to review this page regularly.
• Notification of material amendments will be sent to members via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect.
• Continued use of the rmking8 platform following any amendments is considered as acceptance of the amended terms.
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Malaysian law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be referred to the appropriate court jurisdiction in Malaysia.
